A big part of the magic of Changeovers are the other fab team members in the room…or in this case, the Zoom.

Our Changeover groups are small (10 participants max) and we put extra care into creating a space for a sparkly mix of humans to show up with heart, openness, a dash of the silly, and beyond the titles and LinkedIn profile. A space to breathe intentionally, connect in real ways, and learn from one another.

While we cannot guarantee that you’re IN based on capacity and other factors, we can guarantee that we’ll read every submission with great care and intention as we thoughtfully shape our next Changeover squad. Confidentiality

Communications

I understand that these sessions are built on trust and mutual respect. I agree to maintain the confidentiality of all shared experiences, discussions, and personal reflections within the group. I will not disclose or share any identifying details of fellow participants outside of this space. I may share broad learning - not specific stories or experiences.

Waiver of Liability

I understand that these sessions are designed for reflection, growth, and connection, but they are not a substitute for therapy, medical care, or other professional support. I acknowledge that my participation is voluntary, and I hereby waive and release the Well Played Collective, including Malini Sekhar and Kyra Khanna, from any claim, demand, or cause of action resulting from or related to my participation in this workshop or event.

Payment Policy

I understand that payment is required at the time of registration to confirm my spot. While participants are welcome to attend as many sessions as they are able, a completed payment covers the full series and no refunds or credits will be provided for sessions not attended. While payments are generally non-refundable, I can receive a full refund if I notify the workshop organizers at least five business days prior to the start of the first session…

Cancellations

I understand that life can be unpredictable, and circumstances may arise that require me to cancel my registration. If I need to cancel, I will send an email with the subject line “Cancellation” to wellplayedcollective@gmail.com. To be eligible for a refund, I must notify the organizers at least five business days before the first session begins. Cancellations made less than five business days prior will not be eligible for a refund or credit. After that, all registrations are final.

Dismissal Policy

The Well-Played Collective is all about creating a supportive, judgment-free zone where everyone feels safe and respected. I understand that as a participant, if my behavior is disruptive, harmful, or not in alignment with the spirit of the Changeovers, the Well-Played Collective reserves the right to kindly ask me to step out. In this case, no refunds will be issued. No hard feelings—just keeping the vibes right for everyone involved.

I understand that by registering, I may receive occasional emails from the Well-Played Collective with session and product updates, event invitations, and other relevant information. I can unsubscribe at any time, and my contact information will be handled with care and confidentiality.
