12/4/2026 Changeover - The Extra Shift: The Art of Caring for Others, Without Benching Yourself

$25.00
Limit 1 per order

Between caring for kids, aging parents, partners, teams, and communities, who’s making sure you’re still in the game?

Join us for a one-off, 90-minute Changeover to pause, catch your breath, and connect with some heart-centered fellow humans.

We’ll reflect, try a few present-awareness practices, sprinkle in some giggles, and leave with a little more room for ourselves. Heads up to expect open, heart-centered conversation, some quiet moments, a few perfect imperfections, and some silly gifs and/or memes. We can’t help ourselves and its part of the package 😝

Shared Agreements & Norms of Play

  • ~ Show Up + Share the Space. ~

I come present and ready to play, honoring the space for myself and others. I notice when to step back and when to step in, so everyone gets seen and heard.

  • ~ Curiosity over Judgement. ~

I approach every experience with openness. When I’m unsure, I ask and let curiosity lead over judgment.

  • ~ Mess + Play are Part of the Plan! ~

I accept that growth, reflection, and connection can come with surprises and imperfect endings. I’m open to play along the way. Growth is for reals but we don’t always have to be.

  • ~ Handle with Care ~

I respect and honor myself and others with confidentiality, kindness, and care, because we are all precious.

In this case, no refunds will be issued. No hard feelings—just keeping the vibes right for everyone involved.

Payment Policy

I understand that payment is required at the time of registration to confirm my spot. While participants are welcome to attend as many sessions as they are able, a completed payment covers the full series and no refunds or credits will be provided for sessions not attended. While payments are generally non-refundable, I can receive a full refund if I notify the workshop organizers at least five business days prior to the start of the first session…
